Subject. Robust control of economic systems. Purpose. To form a framework of concepts of robust management, new knowledge in the theory of management; to build a model of the mechanism of robust management of economic systems, which opens up opportunities for damping uncertainty in the behavior of subjects of the environment and in changing the states of the controlled object. Tasks. Substantiation of progress in management from stability to robust stability of functioning of complex dynamic and diffuse systems, the class of which includes economic systems. Formation of a framework of concepts of robust control based on the continuity of the terminology of the theory of robustness in the application to closed (technical) systems. Creation of a model of the mechanism of robust control of economic systems with the organization of frame system of knowledge. Methodology. Two main structural supports of management of economic systems are "the concept of balance" and "optimization approach", into which the third support "robust stability" embeds. The damping of uncertainty is entrusted to robust control. The conceptual framework of robust control of economic systems is built in compliance with the continuity in the terminology of the theory of robustness in the application to closed (technical) systems. The logic of creating a robust control mechanism is based on the principles: the input of the system receives randomly distributed information limited to a certain limit; for each granular information within the limit options for effective actions are developed, these actions are capable to provide the values of endogenous variables within the robust limit. The mechanism of control is based on a frame system of knowledge. Results. The relevance of progression from stability to robust stability of economic systems is justified. A framework of robust control concepts in application to open complex systems is created. A model of the robust control mechanism is built within the framework of the “subject-object” paradigm configured to damping uncertainties of the first, second and third order: the carriers of which, respectively, the internal environment of the system and its objects. The robust control mechanism is configured to form variants and selection from them effective actions in conditions of uncertainty based on the frame organization of knowledge consisting of a set of frame local knowledge systems. Scientific novelty. The conceptual framework and mechanism of robust control to overcome the uncertainty of economic systems caused by the chaotic and turbulent state of the polysubject environment in the space of which their functioning and development. function show_eabstract() { $('#eabstract1').hide(); $('#eabstract2').show(); $('#eabstract_expand').hide(); } ▼Показать полностью
