Purpose. The rise of educational service management quality and educational organizations competitiveness is suggests research management in education organizations, which based on using electronic information educational environment and determines gaps, goal and objective of research. Methods. Empirical method of comparison for detection the same and different electronic information educational environment components of higher educational organizations, theoretical methods for forming structure, making conclusion about composition, such as study, synthesis, analysis are used in the article. The article is basis on domestic and foreign researches about educational organization management problems. Results. Comparative analysis of educational organization management, electronic information educational environment composition, conclusion about composition, the position about difference between electronic information educational environment compositions of higher educational organizations was justified in the article.
