Purpose. Consideration of various aspects of a problem of risk management in entrepreneurial activity. Studying of risk management methods of entrepreneurial activity. Analysis of application of methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity. Methods. In article as a teoretiko-methodological basis of a research of methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity system and process approaches are used. Diversification of activities of the entity, limitation of risks, insurance and self-insurance as methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity are considered. Results. Various aspects of practical application of such methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity as diversification of activities of the entity, limitation of risks, insurance, self-insurance, accounting and assessment of the size of the used specific funds of the entity in its general funds are studied. The principles of application of methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity are formulated. Problems of implementation of these principles are revealed. Scientific novelty. Processes of application of methods of risk minimization at the entity are described. Being guided by requirements of modern economy, the principles of application of methods of risk minimization of entrepreneurial activity are offered.

Purpose. Consideration of the problems of export-import relations, economic and food security of the Russian Federation in the modern crisis. Study of the essence and mechanisms for economic policy of import substitution. Analysis of the prospects of development of the domestic food industry through import substitution. Methods. In order to maintain the economic security of the Russian Federation the authors invite to increase the level of State support for domestic food production. In the medium term, this will increase the volume and improve the quality of the food to the required level, which in turn will ensure the effectiveness of substitution processes in the industry and maintaining socio-economic stability in Russia. Results. In article the essence and mechanisms of economic policy of import substitution are considered. It was determined that the import substitution is appropriate in cases where it forms the premise for the stable functioning of the economy, providing opportunities for domestic industries to improve their position in the domestic market. The article analyzes the prospects for the development of one of these segments of the economy production of canned meat in the present crisis conditions. Scientific novelty. It was revealed that during the long-term orientation towards import substitution preservation, backlog of national economy and the barriers to the development of industries-locomotives of our economy might occur. Therefore, it is important to promote import substitution in such segments of the national economy, which have significant economic and productive capacity, can independently develop and maintain the effectiveness of the national economy and economic security of the country in the long run.

Purpose. Study of rationalization problems of payroll distribution and increase of employees’ on the Russian enterprise of pipeline transport. Methods. The author offers to increase motivation function of salary through improvement of personnel appraisal system and salary structure changes. Results and scientific novelty. In the article, the author described an approach to the improvement of management system of payroll of a company as exemplified by a pipeline transport enterprise.

Purpose. Development of theoretical and methodological foundations for assessment of the impact of stakeholders’ interests on the formation of a holding company profits. Methods. Improvement of factor analysis is performed using the methods of scientific abstraction, modeling, analysis and synthesis techniques, ration method, grouping, deduction and induction. Results. The proposed factor analysis allows evaluating the impact of interests on income and identifying the source of its increase, which is in the range of stakeholders’ interests. This in its turn encourages top managers to the appropriate steps to improve the mechanism of organizational and economic factors influence on the financial outcome of the holding company. Factor analysis with regard to the stakeholders’ interests can contribute to increasing effectiveness of profit management of a holding company. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty is in improvement of criteria of factor analysis of profit of the holding company based on the stakeholders’ interests, which in quantitative terms is components forming the profit of a holding company and classified according to the direction and source of influence.

The quality management problem, by ecological indicators and safety of work at the oil processing and petrochemistry enterprises is considered. Models of integration of systems of management of such enterprises are given.
