Purpose. conducting a methodological and methodological analysis of the evaluation of the activities of teachers and fixing the features of the interaction of actors in the educational process at a corporate university. Methods. the results of a comprehensive assessment of university professors with quantitative (questionnaires of students) and qualitative (observation, survey of experts) methods were analyzed. Results. The peculiarities of corporate university management in the context of achieving compliance were revealed, both in terms of the requirements of state educational standards and corporate expectations through the model of the quality of education built in the university and the methodology for assessing the activity of teachers. Scientific novelty. in the research the indicators of the teacher's activity in the focus of the corporate requirements of the customer (enterprise of the corporation) and the current educational interaction are tested and brought into the system.
