Purpose. The study of mechanisms of the youth policy management in the aspect of globalization, taking into account the geopolitical processes and the interests of national actors. Methods. Author describes aspects of political science research networking practices in the modern youth policy in its various dimensions using the method of network analysis. Results. Ways of political subjectivity actualization of youth communities, both in the traditional as well as in the network area of youth policy, mechanisms incorporating social networks in the process of realization of the political and administrative technologies. Their constructive and destructive potential for the development of the state youth policy. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the interrelationship between youth policy and international relations in the processes of globalization, arguing the concept of «network of youth policy» and on the basis of these studies are characterized by the mechanisms of its reproduction in the global network landscape.
