SOCIAL PROCESSING TECHNIQUES AS AN UNACKNOWLEDGED DEVELOPMENT FACTOR

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to problematize the role of social technologies in technological development from the point of view of its conceptualization by state authorities and to identify the main factors hindering the formation of an integrated understanding of technological development in the modern information space.. Methods. The study is based on a statistical analysis of the use of words by the means of the National Corps of the Russian language and on the interpretation of the provisions of legal acts and research data presented in the scientific literature. Results. As a result of the study, a comparative typology of technological knowledge was proposed, possible directions for the conceptualization of social technologies as part of a single technological universe were formulated, features of social technologies were identified that affect their perception by the mass consciousness and the state as part of its management activities. Scientific novelty. The novelty of the research lies in identifying imbalances in the perception of different types of technologies and in their description, as well as in the development of proposals for the formation of a common understanding of technologies within the framework of public administration.
