Abstract

Purpose. Consider the problems of reforming the vocational education sector, assess the possibility of modifying the educational sphere on the basis of modern achievements of scientific and technological progress in terms of digitalization using the example of the University of National Technology Initiative 20.35 Island 10-21 project. Method of research: axiomatic. Results and scope. The article briefly analyzes the state and the most acute problems of the educational sphere, shows the inevitability of transformations, voiced the comments of the University of 20.35 “Island 10-21” project participants, taking into account the assessment of the prospects for using the latest digital technologies in the field of vocational. Scientific novelty. Justification of the need and search for directions of reforming educational institutions. A proposal was put forward on the need for a “restrained” attitude towards full-scale digitalization of the educational environment
