Abstract

The article analyzes the system of relations of bribes, bribery and corruption, ways to turn bribery into corruption and vice versa. Proves the thesis that corruption is such a system and method of producing bribery, which is based on a certain form of ownership of power and freedom. The liberation of freedom from freedom and the establishment of power over power and society opens in corruption its essence power coercion to the lack of freedom. It mediates the process of mastering the society of their freedom. As a result, society becomes a universal subject of corruption.
