Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the development of the remote banking service (RB) system, with the aim of determining the impact on the bank's competitiveness. The RB system is explored not only as an instrument of interaction between the bank and the client, but more as an instrument to ensure the competitiveness of a commercial bank. The article reveals the historical stages of development and the main types of RBS, the main directions of increasing the bank's competitiveness.
