TO THE QUESTION OF THE OPTIMAL MECHANISMS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE YOUTH POLICY IN THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

Abstract

Purpose. Identifying and characterizing the optimal mechanisms for implementing state youth policy, both at the federal and regional levels. Methods. The study was carried out using the theoretical provisions of political science, which makes it possible to analyze the process of formation and modernization of mechanisms for the implementation of state youth policy. To study the participation of youth in the political social life of the region, the following methods were used: statistical, logical, historical, statistical. When determining the degree of influence of youth problems on the mechanisms for implementing state youth policy, the information and sociological bulletin of the Oryol region was used. Results and scope. The characteristics of the identified optimal mechanisms for the implementation of the state youth policy are given, and the issue of the formation of a coordination mechanism is also considered. The problems hindering the implementation of state policy in the field of youth are systematized. Generalized the prospects for the formation of mechanisms for the implementation of youth policy in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The role of youth and children's non-governmental organizations in increasing the effective implementation of youth policy in the Russian Federation, bearing in mind regional peculiarities, is substantiated. It is concluded that the implementation of the state youth policy of the host, as strategic guidelines for the development of regions, and the interests of young people themselves, becomes a necessity, an important factor in the development of the state. The material can be further used in comparative political studies. Scientific novelty. The study of the problem of the formation of optimal mechanisms for the implementation of youth policy, as well as the degree of influence of youth problems. The necessity of attracting young people to the implementation of youth policy in the interests of the region, the state and society as a whole is substantiated.
