Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze personnel capacities of youth policy. Methods. The main methods of the research are analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, comparison and crossregional analysis. Results. The author calls the challenges of the new training policy within the framework of implementation of principles of state youth policy in the Russian Federation up to the year 2025; pays particular attention to preparation of a new model of a graduate of the Magistracy in the training direction working with young people.
