Abstract

Goal. In the article the author''s economic model, in which systemically integrated basic directions scientifically coherent macroeconomic (including tax) policy, to assess the current and forecast future status of a specific balanced open economy (ESR). Methods. On the basis of systematic approach as the main methods of analysis, synthesis, modeling, classification Scientific innovation and results. The author introduced a qualitatively new evaluation criteria makroèkongomičeskoj policy: a measure of efficiency and the quality of macroeconomic policies of the State and others. Author''s model allows not only qualitatively evaluate the existing implementation makroèkonomčieskoj policies, but also eliminates the barrier of the imaginary absence in the economic system of numerical constants. Are directions of the further development of the model.
