Abstract

Goal. This article provides an analysis of the economic, political and social factors that influence the nature of the development of the Russian economy. Methods. As the main method used in system analysis, combining cross-disciplinary approach, taking into account the principles of factor analysis. Scientific innovation and results. The system of economic relations in Russia between the State, the ROAR and the society, as well as the analysis and the evaluation of the market from the State. Reviewed measures to shift to a dynamic, innovative, effective economy through the introduction of modern market, including financial and credit mechanisms.
