Purpose. In the article, the authors reveal peculiarities of image development of colliery enterprises personnel in modern social-economic conditions. Results. The authors analyze specificity of image management of colliery enterprises. Scientific novelty. The authors pointed out problems connected with psychological readiness of managerial staff to corporative social responsibility, and proposed instruments for positive image development of personnel at colliery enterprises.
