Purpose. Analyzing the mechanism for protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, identifying the specificity of its elements in relation to the sphere of antimonopoly regulation. Methods. The study is based on a systematic and structured, instrumental approach. Results. On the basis of the conducted analysis the author identified structural features of the mechanism for protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs, disclosed the contents of the elements of this mechanism. Scientific novelty. The study of specificity of the elements of the mechanism for protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs in relation to the sphere of antimonopoly regulation.

Purpose. The study features of activity sphere of antimonopoly authorities with economic and legal positions. Methodological basis of the research constitute systematic and structural, dialectical, historical and legal methods, economic and legal approach. The Results. Identified features of the antimonopoly authorities, disclosed the contents of the activity, given the author's definition of the activity as economic and legal structures. Scientific novelty consists in considering the activity sphere of antimonopoly authorities as a legal and economic structures in their unity and mutual influence.
