Abstract

Purpose: to study the effect of training at all stages of the educational process on the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. Methods: analysis of domestic and foreign experience in management training and strategies used in the formation of competitive management personnel; The indicators of management training in the higher education system of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Results: differences in the formation of managerial personnel of domestic and foreign enterprises; identified trends of a slight reduction in the total number of students enrolled in higher education programs, and also determined a significant reduction in state support for the formation of competitive management personnel in the higher education system. Scientific novelty: the interrelationships of enterprise competitiveness and the level of management training are investigated, the relevance of state support for students in the areas of management training and economics in higher education is justified.
