THE USE OF ERP SYSTEM IN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Purpose. To study the software market for information systems for enterprise management and to identify ERP systems that are most in demand in Russia; the coverage of the functional capabilities of one of them on specific examples demonstrating the use of automated control systems in the development of management decisions. Methods. The dynamics of sales of software for information management systems in Russia for 2003-2004 and 2008-2015 is analyzed, the most widely used and actively used in Russia enterprise management systems are identified. Results and practical significance. The article gives examples of the practical use of the ERP system "1C: Managing a manufacturing enterprise 8", which allows to effectively solve the tasks facing management personnel in making managerial decisions. Novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the study of the relationship between the goals and tasks facing management accounting, and the functionality of modern ERP-systems, which allow to automate the procedures for developing managerial decisions. The specifics of the choice and use of software for information systems for enterprise management are justified. Conclusions. ERP-systems provide management personnel with ample opportunities for effective management of key enterprise resources. With their help, you can achieve a minimization of production costs by controlling all costs of the enterprise. The functionality of ERP-systems allows the company's management to plan, analyze and evaluate the profitability of output.
