Abstract
Purpose. In this article the author reveals the specifics of monitoring and control of monitoring the scheduled activities in the Main Department of the RF Ministry of Justice in the Sverdlovsk region. Results and scientific novelty. The article discusses the process of documentary maintenance of activity of the Main Department of the Ministry of justice of Russia on Sverdlovsk area with the light of experience of regulation of this process. The movement of the documents during the implementation of state functions, and offers recommendations to improve transparency and orderliness.
