Abstract

Purpose. The article is devoted to research of the main possible problem zones of the development process and realization of strategic development plans of the Russian North. Methods. On the basis of a systematic and riskological approaches the authors use such main methods as: the methods of analysis, synthesis, assessment and classification Results and scientific novelty. The authors analysed design risks of strategic research, development of strategic plans and their realisation, and also the main risks of development and activity of strategic alliances. The researched issues become topical due to increase of the importance of the Arctic region development in the All-Russian development process.
