Аннотация
Введение. Проблемы сокращения и старения населения России, развивающийся дефицит на рынке труда обуславливают острую необходимость в миграционном притоке в страну трудоспособных людей. Ввиду того, что большая часть трудовых мигрантов — это инокультурные приезжие из стран Центральной Азии, острота проблемы культурной интеграции требует решений, связанных с управлением социальными процессами.
Материалы и методы. Были проведены опросы в г. Екатеринбурге среди горожан в 2016 г. (N = 485), в 2019 г. (N = 222) и в 2024 г. (N = 1400) методом анкетирования. В 2018 г. мнение горожан было изучено методом глубинного интервью (N = 33). Среди иноэтничных мигрантов проводилось анкетирование в 2017 г. (N = 231) и в 2019 г. (N = 222), а также в 2017 г. были проанализированы тексты интервью (N = 16).
В качестве методологической базы выбрана теория конфликта, обозначающая в исследовании рост или снижение конфликтного потенциала между принимающим сообществом и мигрантами из стран Центральной Азии. Для исследования культурной идентичности принято положение о том, что она является частью социальной идентичности, имеющей конструктивистскую природу, а также применены концепции множественности, многокомпонентости и многоуровневости социокультурной идентичности.
Результаты. Исследования показали наличие установок на взаимную интеграцию принимающего сообщества с приезжими из Казахстана, Таджикистана, Узбекистана и Киргизии, которые на сегодняшний момент имеют наиболее подходящие условия для своей реализации, что необходимо использовать с точки зрения социального управления.
Обсуждение. Исследование потенциала принимающего сообщества в содействии интеграции иноэтничных мигрантов в российское общество сегодня является крайне важным. Анализ специфики установок на принятие иноэтничных мигрантов из стран Центральной Азии россиянами, а также установки приезжих на формирование новой непротиворечивой мигрантской идентичности позволил получить обоснованное представление о влиянии отношения принимающего сообщества на качественное включение в общество приема. Кроме того, была выявлена динамика в развитии положительного отношения к иноэтничным мигрантам, что дает основания полагать: сегодня наиболее благоприятное время для развития культурных компетенций у принимающего сообщества, способствующих культурной интеграции приезжих и повышению миграционной привлекательности России.
