Аннотация
Введение. Изучение социальных стратегий региональной молодежи способствует повышению вероятности достижения стратегически важных показателей развития российских регионов и повышению эффективности реализации государственной молодежной политики в условиях геополитической турбулентности и идеологического кризиса. Целью статьи является определение индикаторики ключевых показателей эффективности деятельности органов, развивающих молодежной политику на территории российских регионов, отраженных в социальных стратегиях.
Материалы и методы. В статье показаны результаты мониторинга «Социальные стратегии молодежи», проведенного в ноябре 2024 года, респондентами онлайн опроса стала региональная молодежь в количестве 5847 человек, выборка квотная по отношению к полу, возрасту, типу поселения и территории проживания респондентов (районы региона).
Результаты исследования. Результатами исследования стала оценка отражения ключевых показателей эффективности деятельности органов региональной власти в социальных стратегиях молодежи. Была дана оценка показателям доверия молодежи к социальным институтам и субъектам, отношения к ожидаемой продолжительности жизни, вовлеченность молодежи в физкультуру и спорт, стремления к постоянному образованию и самообразованию. Определены группы молодежи, вовлеченные в волонтерские мероприятия, занимающиеся предпринимательской деятельностью, группы, исключенные из системы поддержки талантов. На основе оценок молодежи было определено качество окружающей и городской среды, уровень цифровизации социальной сферы региона, построена культурная карта досуга молодежи.
Обсуждение. Выявлены определенные проблемы, связанные с ориентацией молодежи на небольшую продолжительность жизни, и, как связанный с этим показатель – невысокую включенность в системные занятия физкультурой и спортом, недостаточную направленность на постоянное образование, низкую вовлеченность молодежи в предпринимательство, недостаточную готовность к потенциальным экономическим инвестициям в регион. Все эти проблемные зоны обозначают задачи по целенаправленному воздействию органов управления молодежной политики на формирование и реализацию социальных стратегий молодежи
