Introduction. The article features the results of a sociological study conducted under the author’s guid- ance, by the sociologists of the Institute for Strategic Studies of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in 2022 in the regional schools in preparation of the Parliamentary hearings in the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, on improving the regulatory and legal support of professional activities in the republican education system. The purpose of the research was to identify and analyze the social problems faced today by the general education school and the main subjects interacting in it - students and teachers, as well as to determine the effectiveness of the socio-legal mechanisms used by education authorities to minimize and resolve these problems. The study showed that one of the main such problems is the bureaucra- tization of school management, which determines the manifestation and severity of many other problems, which naturally affects the decline in the quality of the educational process.

Materials and methods. Methodologically, in the course of the study, approaches were used that have developed in such modern branches of sociological knowledge as the sociology of management and the soci- ology of education. The information base of the article was made up of official statistics and the results of a sociological survey conducted through the method of online questioning among 4529 teachers, which accounted for 14% of their total number in the region. The respondents represented 4 groups of schools de- pending on their location (the city of Ufa, other republican cities, centers, municipalities and rural schools). Results. An analysis of literature and the results of a sociological study conducted under the author’s guidance, led to the conclusion that the manifestations of bureaucratization, expressed in an excessive strengthening of administrative control over school life, in an increase in the volume and number of reporting forms, in frequent distractions of teachers from performing the direct functions of teaching and up- bringing, are noticeably reflected in the decline in the quality of the educational process, substitute its creative potential for administration, and ultimately limit the role of school in socializing younger generation. School management practices used today do not contribute to solving this topical problem.

Discussion. The conservative nature of the education system itself and, above all, its school subsystem contributes to the preservation of this situation. Due to quite a number of outdated traditions and stereo- types, any changes that reflect urgent social needs and civilizational trends can only be felt in the long term. In addition, there is no permanent feedback mechanism between the school and education authorities, the basis of which is sociological monitoring of the causes of the emergence, the dynamics of the manifestation of social problems and the effectiveness of measures to influence them.

Introduction. The article reflects the results of a sociological study conducted in November 2022 among residents of the Donbass republics, who, due to the ongoing hostilities in these territories and the threat to their lives, temporarily moved to the Republic of Bashkortostan and are in temporary accommodation centers. The research was conducted by sociologists of the Institute for Strategic Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The purpose of the study was to identify the nature of assessments by this category of respondents of the conditions provided to them in the republic for living, employment and education for their children. This purpose was achieved by solving the following tasks: 1) to form a socio-demographic portrait of the migrants who participated in the survey; 2) to determine the nature of the assessments of the living conditions provided, the types of assistance provided and the remaining needs;

3) to find out the employment nature and the degree of satisfaction with it; 4) to assess the resettlers’ plans for the future; 5) to offer practical recommendations aimed at improving social support of migrants.

Materials and methods. The information base of the article was made up of official statistics, as well as the results of a sociological survey conducted by the methods of standardized and free interviews among 375 migrants, which accounted for 57.3% of the total number of people living in the region in temporary accommodation. The structure of the article is built in accordance with the tasks solved in the course of the study and contains new sociological material illustrating each of these tasks.

Results. This made it possible to set and analyze the problem of managerial influence on the part of the authorities on the processes of social adaptation and integration of immigrants from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. Within the framework of this article, the management impact on migration processes is understood as the technologies of social work with migrants, their social support and support, carried out by state authorities at the regional level. An analysis of the practice of work of state authorities, public structures and volunteers designed to provide assistance to migrants showed that the relevance of the problem of social insecurity of migrant migrants and the improvement of social work with them remains. This, first of all, concerns the provision of social and psychological assistance to them, employment, resolving the issue of housing, providing opportunities for education, etc. The most urgent problem for migrants is the problem of their future and the possibilities of solving it in the short and medium term on their own or with the help of structures that provide them with support. The materials of the article can be used in the work of interested services dealing with the issues of adaptation and integration of migrants in a new social community for them. The presented results will form the basis for studying and comparing the emerging regional practices of working with migrants and other categories of migrants, as well as research on this topic, which is just beginning to be conducted.

The article deals with the destructive nature and consequences of the impact of economic crimes, primarily corruption, on the management of modern social development. The problem is analyzed by comparing the national and regional levels. The regional level is represented by the Republic of Bashkortostan as one of the leading subjects of the Russian Federation. Due to the analysis it became possible to figure out that the amount of harm caused by economic crime management, social development is tremendous, and the growth rate of this damage is considerably above the level of the rising dynamics of these crimes both in the country and in the region. Law enforcement does not solve the problem of the destructive consequences of economic crime. Despite the relatively high clearance rate in the economic sphere in general (more than 70 %) and corruption crimes in particular (more than 90 %), due to their high latency, difficulties in detecting, investigating and subsequent prosecution, it is not possible to achieve a significant reduction in their level. The article notes the aggressive role of the administrative staff in the expansion of economic crime, especially corruption. In this regard, the article solves the problem of analyzing the situation, dynamics and features of economic crime, the factors that determine it, and the consequences of its influence on management activities. The analysis of the material was carried out using an interdisciplinary methodology (social and legal sciences) based on statistical material from 2012 to 2019. The results reflected in the text will complement the theoretical and empirical basics of the sociology of management, the sociology of law, the sociology of deviant behavior, criminology, and will also be of interest to experts in this subject area and practitioners from law enforcement agencies. Highlightening the effects of economic and corruption crimes on the management of the company has allowed us to raise the issue of development at the interdisciplinary level the content of the concepts of “socially tolerable level” of this type of crime and “socially approved level” of their minimization, and the establishment of criteria to measure these levels, including social ones. This will enable us to rethink the existing measures and propose new ones aimed at significant reduction of the pressure of economic crime on the manageability of society at different levels of its organization.
