Introduction. In an unstable economic situation, it is impossible to efficiently manage a production enterprise with complex technological processes without using automated systems. According to statistical data, the most widespread system in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries is 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2, which is the main reason for studying its functionality for production management. The purpose of our research is to develop a production management concept using a Russian ERP system.

Materials and methods. The analysis of publications on production management and its business processes, as well as on automated management systems became the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. The methods of systematization and generalization of data were used, as well as the historical-economic, structural-functional, and expert methods.

Results and conclusions. The authors prove that modern ERP systems have tools for automatic control of an enterprise's business processes at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels. ERP systems allow for data exchange between interconnected business processes and contain tools for evaluating the work of structural units and performers responsible for the stages of a business process. In an ERP system, managers at various levels have access to up-to-date, reliable, and comprehensive information. By dividing access rights, the system provides a different set of tools for senior, middle, and junior managers to analyze the current situation and make management decisions. The authors offer recommendations for using ERP system tools to optimize the planning and control of production processes and related business processes for purchasing materials and selling finished products.

Discussion. The article may be useful for managers of diversified enterprises seeking to improve production management by implementing an ERP system. The analysis and conclusions made by the authors regarding this ERP system are also valid for 1C:ERP WE (World Edition), developed by 1C for foreign companies. Given the numerous successful implementations of 1C:ERP WE in various sectors in France, Spain, China, Mongolia, and other countries, the article may also be useful for managers of foreign enterprises considering the transition to an ERP system.

Introduction. For a long time in the post-Soviet space, issues of financial planning and budgeting were not given
due attention to due to the fact that the demand for these economic instruments was low. Meanwhile, an approach
with disregard for budgeting and financial planning is acceptable only in the absence of competition on the market.
Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was the scientific literature on
budgeting, management and financial accounting. In the course of the study, methods of analyzing economic phenomena, modeling management decisions, and expert methods of studying management systems were used.
Results. The conducted research made it possible to identify the main theoretical innovative development of the
company that is associated with making the right management decisions based on relevant and consistent information. Modern automated budgeting systems successfully cope with the tasks of accumulating complete, sufficient,
useful and comparable information. With their help, it is possible to systematize large amounts of data on the movement of financial, material, labor, time and other resources of the company.
It is known that in 2022, many foreign software manufacturers left the Russian market. Their place is gradually
being taken by Russian companies specializing in the production of automated control systems. The authors of the
article provide a list of the most popular Russian budgeting systems. Using the example of one of the advanced information and analytical systems that allow you to keep several types of accounting in parallel (managerial, accounting, tax, international), the authors show how to carry out budgeting and financial planning of a company using
modern digital technologies. The article contains methodological recommendations on the use of ERP system tools
to improve the quality of the company budgeting and its innovative development.
Discussion. The rapidly changing political situation affecting the economic condition of the business makes it
necessary to carry out careful planning and rational use of the company's assets, continuous monitoring of the movement of financial and non-financial flows. Budgeting is an effective tool that allows to coordinate and optimize these processes and make informative and balanced management decisions.

Relevance. The issue of ERP systems implementation in large and medium-sized business has been rel- evant for several decades. Moreover, its importance increases with years, as ERP systems are widely used not only in production, but also in agriculture, construction, instrument making, metal-processing and oth- er sectors of the economy. The purpose of this research is to develop practical recommendations to improve the ERP systems implementation in large and medium-sized businesses.

Materials and methods. Research methods: observation, induction, deduction, analysis, generalization of previously obtained research results. Theoretical basis of the research: scientific literature on manage- ment accounting, scientific publications on business process management, scientific and practical articles on the ERP systems implementation and use in various business activities.

Results. To achieve this goal, advantages and disadvantages of using ERP systems were analyzed, typical reasons for the unsuccessful implementation of ERP systems were identified, and potential risks arising while transferring to an integrated management system were identified and analyzed. Based on the research results, recommendations have been developed to follow when choosing an ERP system and for selecting specialists involved in the ERP systems implementation. A number of activities related to preparation for the transition to a new automated control system are proposed.

Practical significance of the research. The article may be useful for managers of organizations, which have decided to opt for an ERP system, but have not yet chosen a specific software product. The information in the article about the most common ERP systems in the Russian Federation, as well as links to sources con- taining detailed information regarding ERP-class systems, will help to identify the most appropriate option for the company. The proposed recommendations will prevent from a number of mistakes made by compa- ny management when choosing specialists involved in the implementation of automated control systems

In the modern world, management decisions require knowledge about the system of promotion of goods and services. Research areas related to preliminary identification and classification of potential consumers are being developed. The study and accumulation of knowledge on this issue has led to the emergence of various methods of analysis, in particular, the Churchman-Ackoff method, the method of systematic comparison, the probability method, the Saati method, and fuzzy sets. The article presents the advantages of using fuzzy control methods to determine the effectiveness of the site. The purpose of this work is to develop a technology for evaluating the effectiveness of the site based on the fuzzy set theory. The data obtained as a result of installation Yandex.Metrics and Google.Analytics on the site is used for calculating the evaluation. To analyze the sales dynamics of the products sold by LLC “Raduga”, data from two periods is provided. The linguistic variable g “site development efficiency” is defined. The universal set for the variable g is defined as the segment [0,1], and the set of values of the variable g is the segment G = {Gl, G2, G3, G4, G5}. A table of the membership function of subsets of the term set g is compiled. The conclusion about the site s effectiveness is based on performance indicators. Each of these indicators is a variable that takes certain values for a given period. Since the scales differ significantly, Excel has normalized them. Expert estimates of terms are defined. The values of the membership function of the linguistic variable g “site efficiency” for December 2019 and January 2020 are calculated, taking into account the ranks according to the Fishburne method. The author made the conclusions on the effectiveness of using the site for doing business via the Internet. The proposed method of evaluation based on the fuzzy control technology allows you to determine the effectiveness of using the site most accurately when building a business via the Internet, because the qualitative evaluation of the values of criteria is considered, which allows you to more scrupulously assess the effectiveness of the site. KEYWORDS: fuzzy sets, uncertainty, fuzzy logic, linguistic variable, site performance evaluation criteria, fuzzy control technology, term set, membership function, probabilistic method, Saati method, Churchman-Ackoff method.
