In his article «The Necessity of the Creation of the Universal Theory of Law, or the Essence and Problems of the Modern Fundamental Jurisprudence» the author surveys and reveals the urgent need and real possibility of the creation of the spiritually and appreciably universal system of scientific (lawmetric or measurological), fundamental jurisprudence to be designed for disposal of the “senseless infinity” of the widely propagated various, logically contradictory, artificially "systematized" without any spiritual and scientific basis, superstitious, pseudoscientific and fruitless academic misunderstandings, delusions and self-indulgences. The universal theory and philosophy of law is mainly submitted in the system of lawmetry and measurology of law, as well as in the spiritual and faith-teaching (spirito-fideo-gnostic) of the proper legal consciousness, and other common scientific methods of the research and studying, learning and fathoming of the State and Law essence and phenomena. The universal theory and philosophy of law is designed to study all the manifestations (poetic, mathematical, experimental, etc.), available to God-given measured human mind, and dimensions (measurements) of the proper and everlasting idea of law, as well as all the spheres, directions of actions of the immense spirit of law and lawful statute: religious, moral, national, linguistic, historical, demographic, economic, aesthetic, political, scientific, etc.

In article «Some Prospects of the Proper Development of the World Law and Order» the author considers principal causes and obvious tendencies of some crisis phenomena in nowadays established modern world law and order, and also comes out with the proved assumptions of real potentials for substantial lawful and expedient improvement of this not enough lawful and steady world order by means of spiritual and moral increase of legal consciousness of diligent heads of the States and other influential politicians working in the international governmental and non-governmental organizations for the good of their and other nations of the world and mankind as a whole.

In his article «The Wisdom of the Constitution of Switzerland as a Lawful and Expedient State» the author by means of thorough survey and examination of spiritual, moral and legal bases of the Fundamental Law of the Swiss people reveals deep wisdom of its fathers-founders and composers, which acted in the spirit of honoring of the Almighty God the Creator and His Creation, with respect to God-Given Dignity of a Human, to his constitutional rights and freedoms, as necessary prerequisites for developing responsible style of a daily life, creative activity for the sake of God and for the benefits of himself, his own family and people, as well as for other nations of the world. Special attention is paid to the constitutionally established system of mutual responsibility of different branches of public power, which are elected by people on certain terms, to the responsibility between the public authorities and the people, to the responsibility and removability of the legislative, executive and judicial power before Swiss citizens-voters, for whom they are officially obliged to serve faithfully, diligently, as well as duly, honesty and feasibly take care of their safety and well-being.
