Purpose. Consists in a research of questions and opportunities of use of technologies of time-management in operational and investigative work during the planning and disclosure of crimes. Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of a research was made by methods of system approach, methods of organizational time-management, methods of formal logic, induction and deduction. Results. The theoretical plan article promotes disclosure and expansion of a conceptual framework on time-management bases in operational and investigative work. The applied value of article consists in justification modern technologies of time-management which can promote more effective decision-making in the course of investigation and planning of crimes. Experience of the organization of processes of control of execution of administrative decisions in the sphere of administrative activity of law-enforcement bodies is stated. Scientific novelty. The main conclusions come down to use of technologies of time-management for increase in efficiency of impact on object of management, decrease in time and material inputs in the course of control of execution of solutions of all levels. The author's position of use and introduction of technologies of time-management in operational and investigative work of employees of internal affairs is proved.
