Purpose. The article is devoted to the circumnavigation of venture capital. Scientific novelty and results. In this study, the main hypothesis is the thesis that venture capital at any stage of reproduction is a real capital (self-increasing value). Innovative reproduction actively stimulates venture capital, drastically changing the quality and pace of economic growth.
