Purpose: determination of regularities of the ways and mechanisms of interaction of domestic TNCs with the basic components of socio-economic systems of the Russian society. Method: the research methodology is based on the paradigm of the system analysis and the principles of new institutional Economics, the provisions of dialectics as a scientific method of cognition. In the work of such widely used methods and techniques of research as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, method of historical and logical unity. Results: revealed the place of domestic TNCs in the structure of social relationships to subject-subject interactions, and role in the development and reproduction of human capital in socio-economic systems of the meso level of the national economy. Novelty: the article analyzes the aspect of subject-subject relations of the Russian corporations and institutions of Russian society; extended the approach by R. Nureev to the definition of institutions that affect human capital formation; formulated the nature and classification of the social contract between firms and different groups of society.
