Purpose. The goal of the study is the analysis of the issues concerning the requirements of the Charter of public orga nization, and common mistakes made by community organizations in the process of State registration connected with civil law amendments. Methods. The main research methods are analysis, synthesis, induction, comparative-legal analysis. Results. In the article the author considered the issues regarding the requirements of the Charter of public organiza tion, and common errors, made by public organizations in the process of State registration.
