Purpose. Rational use of professional-psychological abilities for improvement of career development quality. Methods. The authors evaluated testing methods on practice. The considered mechanism of their evaluation contribute to rational use of an employee and fulfil his creative potential. These methods help to identify professional abilities of an employee to a certain type of activity. Results. Rational use of professional-psychological use include a complex of variables affecting career development quality. Scientific novelty. In the article, the authors introduce a new view on the methods of professional-psychological abilities identification with the aim of their rational use.
