Besides, specifically democracy of participation has become the main exported product, which allowed modern America to become an outstanding world leader. What axiological basics found the American superiority and how differentiate models of exported and local democracy in modern America? Besides, the author pays enough attention to a hypothesis on relationship of democracy of participation and a concept of American exclusiveness.
