Purpose. Study of legal effects of the introduction of alternative jurisdiction for claims about restoration of labor rights to the Russian legislation. Methods. A systematic analysis of the existing legislation was conducted. Results. Based on the analysis the author concludes that the introduction of alternative jurisdiction for claims about restoring labor rights leads to disruption of the balance of interests of the parties and as a result, creates conditions for abuse of workers’ rights and the violation of procedural time limits for reviewing labor disputes. Scientific novelty. In this article for the first time since the introduction of alternative jurisdiction for claims about restoring labor rights the author analyzed the legal implications of the given novel of the Russian legislation.

Purpose. Consideration of certain legal acts of the Federal law dated 29.12.2012 № 273-FL “On education in the Russian Federation” (hereafter Law № 273-FL), that received a mixed response in law enforcement. Methods. In the research the author used formal-legal and formal-logical and comparative-legal methods of scientific knowledge. Results. The author identified contradictions in legal norms, regulating admission for taking state final and intermediate appraisal system of externs, and factors facilitating violation of Law provisions№ 273-FL, determining requirements to the contract of education. Scientific novelty. The author formulated specific proposals concerning the improvement of education legislation.
