Purpose. Analyzing the situation in the given article the author points out that every year more and more immigrants come to Russia to make money in spite of economic crisis. In the article, the author considers problems of migration and current trends in that sphere developed during the first decade of XXI century. Those were peoples from Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan and Kirgizia Republics, where there is unemployment and low salaries. Russia offers good salaries for the labor of foreign workers. There is no highway in migrants’ life, so only those immigrants can achieve the top of the mountain, who overcome all the obstacles without being tired. Methods. According to the more severed law concerning illegal foreign workers, all employers are obliged to register their employees formally. Today it is more profitable for foreign workers to obtain a work permit or a patent. It is profitable for an employer too. He will not have to hide from various inspections. The author of the article supposes that it is necessary to improve the preliminary preparation of migrants. Novelty. The author of the article offers definite measures on regulation of migration processes. Results. According to employers, migrants from Tadzhikistan are very hard working. Traditions and religious ways do not allow them to drink alcohol. As a rule, migrants come in teams and are ready to get salary that is rather low for Russia. That is very cheap and practical labor. Migrants are not demanding to their food and other services. Besides, employers should not make any deductions to the Pension Fund and other public organizations. Use of foreign employees will allow saving budget of an enterprise.
