Purpose. The article is devoted to the development of the modern Russian anti-corruption legislation with the aim to combat corruption as a threat to national security. Methods. The authors use the methods of systematic and comparative analysis, extrapolation and evaluation. Results. Referring to the positive experience of foreign countries in the field of legal regulation of anti-corruption legislation, tools to extrapolate into the Russian legal framework are provided.
