Purpose. The article identifies the need to reform modern criminal procedural legislation of the Russian Federation. Methods. As the main methods system analysis, comparison, synthesis, evaluation are used. Results. A brief classification of technical and legal problems of developing the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation having intra-system errors is provided. Basic problems of reforming the criminal procedural law are considered.
