Purpose. To determine specificity and spheres of public-private partnership in health service control, evolution of perspectives of its development on the territory of a municipal entity of Ekaterinburg city. Methods. The research is based on the analysis of the model of the organization of health service. Determining the problems of development of public-private partnership the authors used calculation of tariffs of compulsory medical insurance, analysis of the market of paid medical services of Sverdlovsk region. Results and practical importance. The author identified basic models of the organization of public-private partnership in medical services control, determined development perspectives of such forms as public contracts, public property leasing, and concessions. The authors analyzed the experience of realization of public-private enterprises partnership in Ekaterinburg city, identified problematic zones and formulated proposals in efficiency growth of public-private partnership in health services control. Scientific novelty. The authors identified a group of interests of health services bodies’ control of a municipal entity and private medical organizations in development of public-private partnership, determined the ways of coordination of the determined groups of interests in order to increase quality medical services provision to population.
