Purpose. The research is aimed at the study of stability criteria of an enterprise business-system and approaches in its stabilization in the crisis period. In the article, the authors introduced their vision of diagnosis of a qualitative condition of business-structures and ways of their systematic stabilization. Methods. Based on a systematic approach, the author analyses transition processes in a business-system and levels of their development. Results. In the research the authors formulated conditions and limits for the development of anti-crisis actions; pointed out aims, characteristics and criteria for steady functioning of an enterprise; determined the stages of systematic stabilization of its business-system. Scientifi c novelty. The authors consider anti-crisis management as a particular case of systematic stabilization of a business-system; introduce a scheme of development for the development of anti-crisis activities conditions; introduce scenarios of a crisis situation development in terms of degree of balanced levels of controllability and adaptability (ability to changing and regeneration) of a business-system of an enterprise; build a block-scheme of forming a strategic plan aimed at prevention of crisis and bankruptcy of an enterprise.
