Purpose. The review and analyses of solutions of the Constitutional Court of Russian Federation of the questions of (constitutional) responsibility of the President of Russian Federation, of State Duma of Federal Assembly and it's deputies. Methods. The Constitutional Court rulings and definitions are analyzed considering those cases in which the legal positions of constitutional legal (constitutional) responsibility of the President of Russian Federation, ofState Duma of Federal Assembly and it's deputies were constructed. Different opinions and theoretical positions of scientists and special definitions of members of Constitutional Court of Russian Federation are examined. Results.The viewpoints of Constitutional Court consideringconstitutional legal (constitutional) responsibility of the President of Russian Federation, of State Duma of Federal Assembly and it's deputies are detected. The idea of including into the system of constitutional law responsibilityprinciples such adds as: lawfulness, reasonability, inevitability, individualization is justified. The positive effect on the legal regulations of constitutional responsibility ofState Duma deputies in definitions of Constitutional Court of Russian Federation is detected. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty is considered to be in results of analyses of interlinkage of definitions of Constitutional Court and theoretical concept of constitutional legal (constitutional) responsibility and legislative innovations.
