Purpose. Development, analysis and approbation of the efficiency appraisal tools of IT-technologies on industrial enterprises. Methods. The proposed methodological tools of efficiency appraisal of information-telecommunication technologies on industrial enterprises is realized according to the algorithm including four stages. On the first stage there is collection and calculation of qualitative and quantitative indices which allow assessing informational support level of an enterprise both objectively and extensively. The second stage consists of weight number calculation using Fishburne scale. On the third stage the author suggests calculating corporative integral indices which characterize the achieved level of the enterprise development on each group for the calculated period. Results and scientific novelty. Application of the suggested methodological tools on a certain enterprise allows modeling efficiency appraisal of information-telecommunication technologies application.

The article considers the options chains formed by the vertical integration of links to companies engaged in bakery, pasta and flour confectionery production in the Orenburg region. There is an estimation of effectiveness of the options chains by calculating of proportions of distribution of value added among the participants in the process of integration and interaction. The proposed tool is applicable to the practice of strategic management of integrated corporate structures.
