IMPROVEMENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Purpose. The goal is to study the practice of implementing project management in the state bodies of the country and develop proposals to improve the effectiveness of this area. Methods. The article analyzes the practice of implementing project management in Russia with the illustration of elements of foreign experience. On this basis, the methodological problems of implementing projects in Russia aimed at innovative development of the economy have been revealed. Results. The result of the research was proposals to create a principled new construction of project management in Russia, by introducing innovative design offices into the practice of state management. Innovative project management is an effective tool for attracting the best world practices in managing public projects with the help of professionals from the business environment. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the study of project design as an important tool for the competitiveness of both government and business projects. Based on modern trends in the development of project management in the world, a model of innovative project management in Russia is proposed, which is fundamentally different from modern approaches to the organization of project management. The principles of building a new management model that unites the creative economic and social motives of the state, business and society are formulated.
