Abstract

Purpose. The purpose is to explore the possibilities of liberalization of access for foreign suppliers into the field of public procurement. This is revealed both in the expansion of the scope of regulation of the WTO Government procurement agreement and in the development of the corresponding liabilities at regional level. Results and scientific novelty. Considering the protectionist policy of Russia in the field of public procurement and the objective necessity to develop the integration agenda and to join various promising integration projects and initiatives, in particular in the Asia-Pacific region, it was identified the most favorable for country interaction format on the issues of public procurement regulation.
