A sociological motivational design of education - defined determinant in implementing the concept "advanced education"

Abstract

Puropose. The research is aimed at studying and analyzing the role of education and mobilization potential determinants of socialization of students in the process for the formation of competitive specialists in the implementation of the «advanced education» concept. Methods. To assess the effectiveness of the project «The use of direct productive force of personality-oriented social science in the preparation of competitive specialists» generally used methods of sociological research: questionnaires; sociological testing and retesting of experts preparation formed in high schools with the ability to create a competitive advantage for both companies, social and territorial communities and the country as a whole, the author defines the capabilities and willingness of experts to optimize the form of their livelihoods in a variety of socio-productive and socio-psychological situations; satisfaction of students mastering the project components; teacher observations; sociological analysis of the experiment for the years 2000-2016; methods of comparative analysis and mathematical statistics. Results. The effectiveness of the project has been identified during the many years of research, which is reflected in the following indicators of positive changes in the technologies of forming sociological and management, managerial and innovative literacy competitive specialists formed in high school: increase in self-confidence as a result of formed the social and management literacy, which manifests itself in two main aspects: the increase at 17-25% of self-orientation and student success; student satisfaction with the results of participation in the planning of their business career as a form of research activities ranging from 72.6 to 87.3%; the use of the results of research and scientific-cognitive activity in the planning of their business career is 78-92%; willingness to further use of its sociological, innovation and management literacy in the creation and improvement of intellectual and innovative types of social formations life and their components in the management at mini, meso, macro-levels, which is the result of the increase in 2-2,4 times intensification of the intellectual activity of students in the process of working on a career. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty lies in the study of cause and effect formation of a unified sociological and administrative, managerial and innovation, managerial and inventive capacity and sociological and management, managerial and innovation, managerial and inventive literacy as the defining determinants of professional readiness for self-management.
