Personnel issues of import substitution in fuel and energy complex

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of human resources substitution in the energy industry. The relevance of the theme is determined by the fact that sanctions by some Western countries at this stage have limited the work of foreign oil and gas companies on the territory of Russia, which lowered the interest to work in our country for foreign-trained professionals. This situation makes the training to the FEC, which requires consolidation of the efforts of Governments, universities and businesses. Purpose. Determination of the main directions of personnel substitution in energy of the Russian Federation. Methods. The analysis of problems in terms of import substitution. Results. The analysis determined the existence of obstacles for foreign-trained professionals to work in Russia, as well as demonstrated reduction of interest to such personnel by the Russian companies. Problems were highlighted in the specialized higher and middle special education of engineers. Recommendations for public authorities, educational institutions and companies of the FEC to overcome them. Scientific novelty. Scientific novelty and originality consists in the analysis of the problems of human resources substitution in the energy industry, as well as in the formulation of various recommendations with a view to the effective flow of import substitution processes in the domestic economy.
