Optimization of investment resources as a mechanism of the regional innovation reproduction management

Abstract

Purpose. To identify the guidelines for investment resources optimization in the region. Methods. The research work employs statistical methods of quality management (Pareto analysis), structural and logical methods of research. Results. High priority activities for the region key for the GRP formation are identified. The sectors of economic complex lagging behind the given development trend are revealed economically and mathematically. The most precise ways of optimization and coordination of investment resources in the territories are justified. Scientific novelty. The designed development indices on the updated basis allow for identifying the investment-innovation reserves in the regions and to optimally use them. Practical importance. The proposed assessment and calculation mechanisms can be an effective control and management tool for the federal, regional and municipal authorities in the development and implementation of investment programs in the period of national innovative modernization, as well as in research activities of consulting companies and institutions of social and economic development.
