PRACTICE OF MANAGEMENT OF MECHANISMS OF INFORMATIONAL PROVISION OF POLITICAL STABILITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract

Purpose. Practical study of applying mechanisms of informational provision of political stability. Methods. The author analyzed the practice of applying mechanisms of informational provision of political stability in democratic and not democratic countries; researched mechanisms of informational provision of political stability used in Ukraine today. Results. On the basis of scientifi cally substantiated approaches and experts’ assessment, and own conclusions, the author concludes that it is necessary to use possibilities of informational environment and informational-communicative technologies to maintain political stability, in particular, to spread special information among internet users explaining various moments of state policy and the Government’s actions, develop and disseminate values, symbols, ideas able to unite the society, to attract active users of internet to the discussion of essential public-political problems. Scientifi c novelty. The author revealed the content of the notion “informational provision of political stability” which includes two main components: 1) availability of special informational mechanisms; 2) power ability to use the for monitoring, control and management of political processes to low reduce social tension in the society, achievement of public consent by making managerial decisions aimed at compromise of interests of different social groups of the society.
