Abstract

Purpose. Research of a subjective image and formation of aggregated evaluating indices of state bodies of power activity by the population of Russia. Methods. Research is based on the results of sociological polls of population. Results and practical importance. The author identified the dynamics of assessment of the state power weakness, conflicts in the national government (among various branches of power), trust to the President and Government of Russia by its citizens. Scientific novelty. The author determined the evaluating indices of state bodies of power activity by the population and formed an aggregated index of positivity of the population’s assessment of state power as a whole. These indices can be used as a tool for measuring effectiveness of activity of state power bodies and their managerial decisions.
