Risk management process is represented as a complex in which the procedures are marked out. Various methods and actions for risk prediction and possible ways of affecting it are studied. Results. Tools and methodology for business risk management are studied. Risk management experience at the enterprise is analysed. Various aspects of formation of a risk management system of the enterprise are given. Methods of quantitative and high-quality risk analysis of an entrepreneurial activity are considered. Implementation problems of these methods are revealed. Scientific novelty. The author formulated the business principles that are to be observed in risk management. Being guided by the requirements of modern economy, the basic rules of risk management are proposed.
