Purpose: a research of process of management of risks at the enterprises of crop branch in the conditions of control of expenses and the changing market condition. Methods: the comparative method of various stages of risk management of the enterprises of branch of crop production, a method of the functional analysis of dependence of process of management of risks from ways of control of expenses and market condition have been the basis for a research. Results and scope: during the research methods of decrease in risks in branch of crop production have been offered, the main stages of process of management of risks in this branch are also considered. On the basis of control of expenses and assessment of market conditions the mechanism of realization of a control algorithm of risks has been developed. Scientific novelty: integrated management of risks gives the chance to reveal and estimate riskoobrazuyushchy factors of both the external, and internal environment of the enterprise, to apply necessary measures for decrease in influence and elimination of such factors and also to develop the actions necessary for elimination of consequences of influence of risks.
