This article contains the research of Generation Z social dimensions. It characterizes potential unemployment key points among the graduates based on Tyumen applicants’ analysis. Following the modern concepts of Russian educational development, it defines promising vectors of higher education system development. Also it dwells upon the problem of Generation Z representatives’ potential social exclusion.
