The article deals with the essence and content of the regional state youth policy and the tools for its implementation. Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of youth policy measures and the results of a survey of youth in the Khabarovsk Krai makes it possible to evaluate it as insufficiently effective, which requires adjusting the goals and criteria for assessing the implementation of youth policy in the region.
