Key parameters of professional environment in the field of procurement, stages and features of its development, the role of professional standards as an active component of the professionalism development in the field of procurement have been revealed, certain ways have been identified to improve the activity for the professionalism principle implementation in public procurement. Scientific novelty. The stages of evolutionary development of the legislative regulation of professional environment in public procurement have been justified, a number of actions for the further consecutive development have been proposed: cascade training of procurement specialists as a complex software product; introduction of a special method of educational services procurement with no loss to the competitive environment.
